Dr Nakhla was extremely patient, helpful, and exhibited great compassion, with genuine desire to address any of my concerns.
The office supportive staff also demonstrated professionalism.

Not just the doctor, but the nurse was kind and considerate and incredibly helpful and very welcoming. The doctor herself did not seem like she was in a rush. I felt like she was willing to listen to me as long as I would talk. I felt like she understood me and was willing to help me. It was an exceptional experience and I'm very pleased with it overall.

If we could clone humans at this present time, I would nominate Dr. Nakhla to be cloned. Every doctor should operate like she does. She's an example of a perfect doctor that leaves patients satisfied. She's an asset to your hospital and an asset to all the patients that need to be treated the way she treats them. Thank you very much. We're very happy with her.

Dr. Nakhla is literally one of one. She is an amazing provider and I absolutely appreciate her. I met her last year when I was going through a very rough time in my life. She's super compassionate, empathetic, and she's just all around a really great person and she's a great provider. She remembered the smallest details about me and my life from last year to this year, and I'm just grateful that I found a provider as amazing as she is. I would highly recommend Dr. Nakhla to any and everyone in my life.

The doctor visit was fine. The xray and blood service centers had extreme wait times. Ine person ahead of me waited 1.5 hours. No information, no communication - needs to change.

I was very pleased with my experience. Dr. Nakhla was very nice. She listened to me and had read my chart before she sat down with me. I have scheduled a follow up wellness visit in January. She also gave me a script for my yearly mammogram. I am pleased to have her as my primary doctor.

Yeah, I think the provider was awesome. I'm really excited because I recently moved to Hackensack and now I have a PCP. Very easy to understand. She did not throw any big terms at me or anything. And she made me feel welcome as well as my son. She showed him a lot of love, so I appreciate that she was patient with him as well. As far as you guys and your survey system, please pitch the question first and then do the extremely likely and not likely thing. It's a little confusing. But I do think it's cool that the girl gets excited when she gets a high score. Thanks so much.

Dr. Nakhla was great. I was expecting to get more results from my blood work. I thought she was doing all vitamins and minerals, but I only saw two on the review unless others are coming back. And where you get the blood draw, I waited for almost an hour and they had to stick me in three different places. So, and I drank a lot of water. I just don't understand how you could get stuck three times. Other than that, the doctor's great. The timing with the doctor was great. I would recommend her to others, but the blood draw was too long to wait.

From when I walked in the door to when I left, the receptionist at the desk was excellent. The medical assistant was excellent. There was a very short time wait between after the medical assistant and the doctor came in. The doctor is just phenomenal. She is just so wonderful. I can't even begin to tell you. I am very blessed to have such a great, great provider on my side.
