All of the staff was amazing, very nice and professional. Office was extremely clean. We were in and out in a timely manner.

I knew I needed an IUD but was really scared of placement since I’ve had two prior which were really painful. Due to my fear of the pain, I put it off for way too long. Dr. Kilkenny was very attentive to making the procedure as painless as possible. Her MA, Jay, brought me Motrin while I was waiting (it’s like they knew I’d forget to pre-medicate due to my nervousness). Dr. Kilkenny used two numbing medicines, a topical and then an injectable one which I barely felt because of the topical numbing. I didn’t feel the actual IUD placement or have any cramping afterwards. It was actually a really great experience and I would recommend her and the South Meadows clinic highly to any friend or family member.

My doctor was wonderful. She spent time with me and answered all my questions and I did not feel rushed. The MA, Jay was also wonderful. She made me feel at ease and also answered all my questions.

Dr Kilkenny is a wonderful addition to the team. I am fairly knowledgeable about current care of perimenopause. Dr Kilkenny listened carefully, validated my concerns, met my requests with extra information and what we might consider in the future as my body changes with menopause. I left more confident and comforted in my healthcare than I expected. Her physical exam was easeful and trauma informed. I highly recommend working with her.
