I was very, very pleased with the doctor. She was attentive. She listened carefully and she looked you in the eye. As far as the appointment staff, they understood that I needed to see the doctor quickly. I got an appointment relatively quickly and everyone was kind and courteous. So I give it a big 10 all the way around and I thank you because medicine is getting a little dicey these days and it was in fact a wonderful experience. If you have to go to a gastroenterologist on your birthday, this was the best it was going to be. Thank you.

Dr. Roccato was very kind, thorough and listened to all of my concerns. She took the time to explain everything to me and I did not feel rushed at all. I would absolutely recommend her to friends and family. The office staff was also exceptional.

Although the Dr. had a very nice demeanor, I really don't think she heard me. Totally wanted to do very old techniques, which with my history I've already been exposed to. I did my best explaining what works and what doesn't for colonoscopy prep on me. I do believe the doctor offers a great bedside manner, but not a good listening ear. I'm sorry I had to be very honest with this response. Having that good listening ear I would bump her further up the scale.

Excellent doctor. I would recommend her to any of my friends. She's caring. She's interested in, she was interested in my health. She was interested in my history. And she's interested in taking, giving me advice in the future. Excellent doctor. Great bedside manner.

Dr. Roccato was very warm, attentive, paid very close attention to detail, engaged with me, put my fears to rest, made me feel seen and heard, and just, it was just a fabulous experience for something that could have been scary or even embarrassing. She made it seamless, and I would recommend her to anybody.

Everything from check-in to seeing the doctor, she's wonderful. She listens. She gets stuff done. She takes charge of situations and listens to the patients and that means a lot to me. I only had one problem and that was with your scheduling department. But that was it. And I think the office is just absolutely wonderful. And I can't wait to keep going back there because she's a great doctor. Talk to you soon. Thank you.

The staff at check in check out are friendly and professional. The MA for Dr Roccato is also very friendly and professional. Dr Roccato listens and takes her time and explains treatment plan etc. I didn't know feel rushed.

With this practice, I went to Dr. Mary Kathryn Roccato. Her entire staff crew from the greeting secretary to the people taking your appointment. Everyone was incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming and efficient and made you feel very comfortable. And I would recommend this practice to everyone and anyone. Okay. Yeah, I'm happy I found them. Yes, I wanted to thank her staff and even her for a wonderful experience. This is my first time meeting her and even coming into the facility. The first person that I was greeted by and very warmly welcomed was the receptionist there. I cannot think of her name, but she was very, very nice. And then I actually got to meet Mary, the doctor. And she was very patient. She went over things with me. She just suggested things to me. So overall experience, I was very, very well pleased and I would recommend my family and friends to come to her. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience.
