Everything from check-in to seeing the doctor, she's wonderful. She listens. She gets stuff done. She takes charge of situations and listens to the patients and that means a lot to me. I only had one problem and that was with your scheduling department. But that was it. And I think the office is just absolutely wonderful. And I can't wait to keep going back there because she's a great doctor. Talk to you soon. Thank you.

The staff at check in check out are friendly and professional. The MA for Dr Roccato is also very friendly and professional. Dr Roccato listens and takes her time and explains treatment plan etc. I didn't know feel rushed.

With this practice, I went to Dr. Mary Kathryn Roccato. Her entire staff crew from the greeting secretary to the people taking your appointment. Everyone was incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming and efficient and made you feel very comfortable. And I would recommend this practice to everyone and anyone. Okay. Yeah, I'm happy I found them. Yes, I wanted to thank her staff and even her for a wonderful experience. This is my first time meeting her and even coming into the facility. The first person that I was greeted by and very warmly welcomed was the receptionist there. I cannot think of her name, but she was very, very nice. And then I actually got to meet Mary, the doctor. And she was very patient. She went over things with me. She just suggested things to me. So overall experience, I was very, very well pleased and I would recommend my family and friends to come to her. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience. This was my first time ever meeting her and even going to the facility. Thank you so much. Bye.

From the front desk girl, I actually gave her extra money that I didn't realize. She was very honest and gave it back. Also very friendly. The nurse was very friendly and took her time with me. The doctor was very thorough. I've already recommended her to a friend and I appreciate all the good healthcare. Thank you.

Everyone in your practice has gone out of their way to be helpful. I tried for a couple of weeks to find a doctor to help me with no luck. The women that answered your phone went out of her way to help. Plus everyone that works in your building were extremely nice and helpful. Dr. Roccato actually listened to me. I finally felt heard! You should be proud of all of your staff.

The office staff did not do all the work that we're supposed to do to find the answers from my cardiologist and scheduled me on time. That's all. I have some issues. Otherwise, doctor herself is the best doctor.
