Professional, knowledgeable and kind. Went above and beyond to help me understand what medically was happening and why. The best appointment with a doctor I have had in untold number of years. She will be my go to doctor from now on.

The young lady at the front desk was exceptional. There was a three hour wait to be seen. She put me on a list and said she'd give me a call. When she called, I was unavailable. I called back and she told me whenever I could get there, they're get me in. And they did. She was friendly, she was caring, she was personable. Oh, and she had great music playing softly at her desk, which made standing there in pain much easier!

I saw Dr Gallaway at the Immediate Care Clinic. She is very thorough and explains the treatment every step of the way. She told me several times to return to the clinic if I found I needed follow up care or for any other reason as needed. I definitely would do that and highly recommend her.

I was only there once but was told to come back at any time if I needed follow up care or for any other reason. My entire experience there for that visit was quite outstanding treatment and care.

The entire staff at the Immediate Care was polite and helpful. Dr. Gallaway was wonderful and prescribed [ ] and I am already able to tell it is working. If I need immediate care in the future I will return to this facility. I highly recommend Dr. Gallaway.

Dr. Galloway explained my condition to me in layman’s terms which made very good sense. My other doctors don’t do that if she had her own office, she would definitely be my primary care physician.

I had an excellent experience at the walk-in clinic on Collier boulevard and Lely.
Dr Galloway attended my finger injury in short order orders a prescription for me that was ready when I got there and I'm on a road to a quick recovery and I really appreciate it everybody at the clinic it was a great experience.

Dr Gallaway explained all the medical questions I had patiently and in a way that I understood I had concerns about a recent operation I just had and she explain what I went through in a way that I now haven’t any more worries. For that I am so grateful Also explained the immediate medical problems and gave me great advice on what to do I was very pleased with my visit

This was my first experience with a walk-in clinic and I have to say it was one of the best experiences I could have expected. The entire staff was very friendly and efficient. The doctor took her time listening to my concerns and symptoms. I was concerned I was having a serious medical event. It turned out I was ill, but not with anything serious. For future reference, the doctor fully explained what to look for. She was excellent and caring.

Yes, the nurse who checked me in, a very nice and professional young lady. The doctor diagnosed my condition as soon as she took a look at it. Dr.Gallaway wrote a R/X and as of [ ] it’s about 90% healed. All is good.
