This was my first visit to this immediate care center. Mary Gallaway was very through and had ordered & completed all tests for the current viral conditions ; then prescribed two meds that are working beautifully.

I am always impressed with the professionalism of the staff. Yesterday’s experience was no exception. The nurse,Jose and Dr Gallaway were excellent. Dr Gallaway diagnosed the problem and prescribed the appropriate treatment.

Dr. Gallaway is outstanding! She listens, explains everything in terms that you can understand, and shows tremendous empathy that is rare to find in most doctors. She knows your history, your situation, before she even comes in the room because she reviews your chart before hand. When she is with you, she is focused on you. She does not enter the room with a laptop and spend all her time on the computer like all my other doctors do! She is thorough and gives clear instructions when you leave, so you feel comfortable with all the new medicines and your situation at that time. I wish all doctors were like Dr. Gallaway, caring, not rushed, and kind!
