Came into the walk-in clinic with a very infected knee. From the second, Mary walked into the room till my knee was drained and bandaged, and I was walking out of the office, I couldn’t have been more impressed and pleased with the care that I got. Thank you, Mary. You were a godsend!

Dr. Mary Gallaway took great care of me at my recent visit to Urgent Care. She took the time to analyze my medical situation and did a thorough exam. She came up with a gameplan to make me feel better and I do feel better. I wouldn't hesitate to go back if I needed her opinion on my medical care. She's great!!

The receptionist was very kind and helpful, the RN who checked me was very kind, courteous and thorough, and the doctor was very kind, thorough, Knowledgeable and explained everything she was going to do and why. The whole experience was very positive.

On [ ], I drove to NCH Immediate Care to see if they were open which I thought was doubtful. They were and the receptionist was very accommodating. I was glad to see the nurse that I has helped me before and Dr Gallaway were working. Both are wonderful, personable and competent. They have helped me in the past and also when I took my [ ] for help. There was a different receptionist for my Mother's visit who was so helpful and kind. I had my Mother sit outside to stay away from other patients who were [ ]. The receptionist checked her in and came outside when it was time. This staff at this location are terrific! It's not fun to need their services but they sure make you feel better with their kindness and coming to a diagnosis and treatment. Big thumbs up to them! Thank you, wonderful health care workers in the NCH system!

I saw Dr. Mary Galloway at NCH Urgent Care as my specialist was unavailable. I found Dr. Galloway to be professional, knowledgable, courteous and easy to talk to. She listened to me, examined me and made a diagnosis. Ordered Rx for me and since taking them, in only 2 days, I am 95% better. I would recommend her to anyone needing a primary care physician.

Please understand I only saw Dr. Mary Galloway at Urgent Care, so I responded NA to most of the questions. However, I found her to be professional, caring, knowledgable and treated me with respect. She ordered [ ] for me, saw that they were sent to the [ ] and had her nurse give me "discharge" papers, although I was not an admitted patient. Should I ever need to be inpatient, I would want Dr. Gallaway to take care of me. Thank you to her nurse, Jose and to her, Dr. Gallaway.

I went into urgent care with [ ]. They got me in quickly as there weren’t others waiting and I was in a tight schedule that day. They respected that, worked quickly with me and I think my problem is resolved. I am so appreciative as I am only visiting FL and have no dr here. My friend who lives in FL recommended going to the urgent care . I had had poor help at the [ ], so was hesitant. Worked out beautifully. At [ ], I got what was needed I and relaxed my concerns.
