Great service. Addressed my concerns respectfully and timely. My medical concern was not urgent but Dr Galloway recognized that it was preventing me from doing the things I enjoy in life. She took my concern seriously and provided a treatment plan to get back to an active lifestyle.

I was treated very well by Dr. Gallaway. I was so delighted that I went to the urgent care . I was worried at first cause I heard a lot of people who had bad experiences with the urgent care in Collier Ave. So glad that they change staff. I will recommend this place specifically Dr Galloway

I went to NCH immediate care for [ ]. They got me in right away. The front desk was very nice and respectful and efficient. The RN was also very respectful and efficient. I was most impressed by Dr. Gallaway. She was extremely respectful, nice, and caring. She throughly took her time with me and listened to me. Her care was outstanding. Normally at urgent cares, you don’t get that type of care and treatment. I will highly recommend her and this facility and will be back if the situation arises in the future.

I’ve been to this [ ]. All three times I was treated with courtesy and the doctors actually listen to me. The last visit with Mary Gallaway she was outstanding. She explained on Laymans terms what my situation or problem was And she was very helpful in solving my problem. What’s good about this Urgent Care center is that it ties in with my regular medical system so my regular doctor can see what’s going on when I go to Urgent Care and Urgent Care people can go back and look at my medical requirements from my primary doctor.This establishment recently started an online check-in. I’m not quite sure how that works but I worked around it and I was able to get right in.

From the time I walked in the door I was greeted by Rochelle who could tell I was [ ]. She was very professional and friendly. Then Lee the Nurse took me into the examination room and asked me why I came in today. Lee was very caring and took my [ ] and asked me to tell her what the Doctor could help with today. Dr Gallaway came into the room and immediately exuded professionalism, a big smile and positivity. In other words, let’s find out what is causing you to feel so badly. After she diagnosed my problem, she [ ] which the next day started to make me feel better. I cannot thank Dr. Gallaway and her staff enough for the wonderful way and the empathy they had for me when I was [ ].
