My care is very personalized with Dr. Gallaway. She is thorough, aware of the complexities and variables for treatment and allows me to discern my wishes from her knowledge. She is a fabulous caregiver! She understands and offers the benefits of her training with empathy, kindness, and teaching skills.

The wait time was short and the entire staff was kind and helpful. Dr. Gallaway is kind, extremely thorough and knowledgeable, and has been spot on with diagnosis and treatment. I’ve been here twice and am very impressed with the entire experience.

I was diagnosed with first time Covid. Dr. Galloway knew my health history and explained how we could handle it with some of my other health issues I have. It's nice to have a Dr. who really listens to you!

Dr Gallaway is an excellent and caring doctor. I have seen her many times in the last 5 years and she has been wonderful, compassionate and caring all the time. NCH, I and all patients are blessed to have her isso a doctor. She is outstanding in everything.

I liked that Mary had a resident Dr. [ ], who was also very pleasant to speak to, to get the medical experience in this real and present situation, as I was diagnosed with first time [ ]. I wish her well in her career. She has a good manner with patients.

Yes, I did not feel she was rushed at all. Unlike all the doctor said I usually see, I have an appointment. I wait for 10 or 15 minutes, and go in. The doctor is always seems to be rushed to get me out in 15 minutes Dr Gallaway I felt took as much time as I needed and I was talking with her for at least a half an hour she said Took her job because, all of the other jobs that she would have would require her to produce one time and she took as much time as she thought it was needed and was approved for doing it

Dr. Galloway is a gem. I had to see her in an urgent care scenario. She took her time to explain everything to me . My kids were in the room and she explained things in a way that they would also understand. She made an unexpected event much less stressful with her kindness and care.

I was highly impressed from beginning to end of my urgent care experience. I was contacted by the office prior to my arrival to discuss my [ ], they were so caring. Upon arrival everyone was kind and I had zero wait time. The doctor was so amazing at explaining everything to myself and my kids who were sitting in the room with me. She explained things in a way that they would also understand what was happening. The doctor and staff made this [ ] much less stressful with the wonderful care and attention.
