I feel she shut down on caring in the middle of the appointment and not being truthful on all the potential things that could actually help especially when I know that the medicine was given before on the same circumstances she seems uninterested and unwilling to treat

As a first time mom, just feeling like something was off and being able to get him in. She made me feel that it is okay to come in, even if it was just a cold.
