Kathy Martin is exceptional. She contacted within an hour of my question being submitted thru the portal and I am not even her patient! I find this to be extraordinary as most doctors dont even reply within an hour!! She listened to my inquiry and even offered me her cell phone to confirm a Monday visit on a Sunday afternoon! Took the time to listen. She was awesome and I am grateful for the opportunity to meet her.

The nurse who conducted my visit was extraordinary. She was kind, caring, thorough and even called me and sent numerous messages throughout the evening and next day. I have never received such supportive care from anyone in all of my years in St. Louis. She made sure my prescriptions were sent to the pharmacy and even made numerous switches to make sure I would be able to fill them before the pharmacy closed.

It is hard to deal with a shingles outbreak online. She did a great job of listening to the progression of my symptoms and knew what it was before looking. But she also took a good look on video. I was afraid video would not work for shingles. But she was friendly and very knowledgeable.

I never got the sense she was aware or knowledgeable about the diagnosis I was asking guidance about, or listened very carefully to the symptoms the medication for that diagnosis seemed to be causing — the reason for my virtual visit. She did support my decision to discontinue the meds, which was very helpful.
