My appt with NP Kathy Martin Bredahl was so productive. She addressed each of my concerns with genuine care, offering solutions to each. I am new to BJC. This was my first appt with Kathy and I feel I’m in very good hands with her.

The system is efficient. I enjoyed getting the helpful reminders and confirmation messages. Dr. Cathy is always very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I always have a great experience working with you all.

The staff was very courteous, very good customer service. The service I received from my provider was excellent. No other word for it, excellent care from Dr. Ground's entire office.

Kathy Martin was very professional, thorough and informative. My first visit with her was excellent.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
I felt ignored and dismissed by the nurse practitioner during my visit. It was only when the NP saw physical signs of my pain that she treated me seriously and with niceness. I eventually stopped talking/advocating for myself because I felt she had already formed her opinion of my condition regardless of what I said. I am used to medical gaslighting and I can tell you that I felt medically gaslit by this nurse practitioner.

I was able to know what caused my problem and what to do to resolve it.

I was referred to the nurse practitioner which I am lucky because she was also knowledgeable about my problem.

Katherine was prepared, flexible, and a good listener. She understood my problem areas and offered reasonable recommendations for future consideration. She was patient, and yet, thorough. Our visit didn’t feel rushed. Kudos to KMB.
