Kathy Martin was very professional, thorough and informative. My first visit with her was excellent.

What could have been done to improve your experience?
I felt ignored and dismissed by the nurse practitioner during my visit. It was only when the NP saw physical signs of my pain that she treated me seriously and with niceness. I eventually stopped talking/advocating for myself because I felt she had already formed her opinion of my condition regardless of what I said. I am used to medical gaslighting and I can tell you that I felt medically gaslit by this nurse practitioner.

I was able to know what caused my problem and what to do to resolve it.

I was referred to the nurse practitioner which I am lucky because she was also knowledgeable about my problem.

Katherine was prepared, flexible, and a good listener. She understood my problem areas and offered reasonable recommendations for future consideration. She was patient, and yet, thorough. Our visit didn’t feel rushed. Kudos to KMB.

Kathy always takes the time to listen and answer all questions. She is never rushing to get out the door or fixing the feeling of too many questions. At the end she always asks if there is anything else she can do for me.

Katherine Martin is alway smart easy to understand and kind. She tells it like it is and explains what you need to do to stay healthy. I just think she is special and a great asset to your business. I trust her judgement.

Kathy Martin is my absolute favorite. She is kind and thorough. Her compassion is tangible. I was sad to find out that Ms Martin couldn’t replace him as my primary because she is an NP. She assured me I’ll be able to continue to see her and recommended other doctors in the same facility for my new primary.

The level of knowledge and interest in providing answers and assistance. She communicated with a perfect balance of empathy and information. Never once did I feel rushed when asking questions and she seemed genuinely interested in helping me.
