I like when I call to make an appointment they fit me in. Also I am very satisfied with the customer service I receive from the Nurses. My doctors take time to explain all of my health issues and concerns.

I have been a patient of Dr Ghate for a few years now. She listens to us patiently. She asks questions to understand clearly.She doesnt rush .Lists the available options and clearly explains the next course of actiion. Before having her as my primary, I was having a myriad of symptoms to which no one can point me in right direction. Her intuition is spot on.Thanks to her, I understand my auto immune conditions better and can get the right help. It made me appreciate the role the primary physicians play.

Great from my staff greeting you by calling you by your name with a pleasant smile, never have to wait they are on time with my appointment, the MA is very kind , helpful of my needs getting me checked in for Dr. The greatest Dr I have ever been to going over my problem explaining showing me how my system works . The new meds when given going over for interaction with my other meds . When I leave I have received the best of care knowing what is going on with my health issues, not leaving with just I will call in a RX I understand my feeling of being explained and being helpful during my appointment. I give this office a 10+.
