Front desk was easy to talk to and welcoming and Dr. Sethi was a very good listener and very thorough, answered any questions I had and due to it being my first visit with him to establish him as my primary doctor, I knew I made the right choice. Kim at the front desk helped me get my mammogram information all set to and walked me through it and was very helpful.

DR.Ghate listens. She dont judge. She is very professional and is respectful. Her staff is simply awesome. She was my husband primary care physician for many years ans when she relocated to Marsh landing, I change my PCP to join her office.

It is spotless and the staff is excellent. I followed Dr Sethi from the Jax Beach office. I live In Ponte Vedra and left that office because I have had terrible care since Dr Sethi joined the Durbin office. The staff could not be nicer or more efficient.

I had an excellent experience at Baptist Medical Center Durbin Pavilion.
The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming… my appointment started on time, and the whole process was efficient.
Dr. Sethi was truly wonderful. He was kind, patient, and took the time to listen carefully to all my concerns. He explained everything clearly and made sure I understood. His professionalism, knowledge, and compassionate care made me feel confident and well cared for. It is rare to find a doctor who combines medical excellence with such genuine empathy.
I highly recommend Baptist Medical Center Durbin Pavilion and especially Dr. Sethi to anyone looking for outstanding medical care.
