Shalaka Ghate, MD
The staff is very friendly and professional. I feel anxious going into any doctors appointment, and I was hoping to find a primary care physician who would put me at ease. Dr. Ghate is kind, warm, and doesn’t make you feel like a number she has to rush to see quickly. She is knowledgeable, reassuring, and asks questions without judgment.

Dr. Ghate is great! The staff was professional and efficient. From the time I walked in the door everything was handled with care concerning my visit. The front office and assistants are precise and efficient.

Everyone there is so friendly and helpful. The office atmosphere is great and so clean. The doctors there really listen and take great care of you. I would highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Ghate is thorough in her patient care, creating referrals as necessary, looking at other Baptist healthcare personnel notes. She allows her patients to express their concerns without interrupting allowing them thus allowing them to be validated and a part of their care. She is thorough and makes certain her patients and whoever accompanies them understands all that transpires during an appointment.

I like when I call to make an appointment they fit me in. Also I am very satisfied with the customer service I receive from the Nurses. My doctors take time to explain all of my health issues and concerns.
