It did not appear to be overcrowded and I definitely felt that I was being seen by the office personnel. The doctor was running a bit behind due to an issue with another patient (and I understand about that), but the nurse apologized to me, Dr. Ghate poked her head into the exam room and apologized to me, and she apologized again for the delay as she was seeing me out of the exam room. I appreciate the apologies as everyone's time is valuable and courtesy goes a long way.
I also felt that for my initial visit (establishing as a new patient) that the doctor was very thorough in getting to know me and my medical history.
Very pleased with my first visit and I look forward to a long relationship with Dr. Ghate and her staff. :)

I have been a patient of Dr GHATE for approximately 3 decades. I have followed her every where she has worked as long as my insurance was accepted. That alone speaks volumes about her medical care. She has taken care of me as if I was her mother. That type of commitment can't be taught in medical school you have it or you don't. I will follow my doctor as long as she is in the state of Florida.
