Patient and explicit in her explanations of diagnosis and need for testing going forward. She was very positive in her statement of action needed going forward. This is not an arrogant doctor but rather an effective caregiver.

I recommended Dr. Marsh Kates to a friend today. I made the recommendation because I was very thankful for the time Dr. Marsh Kates took with me to fully answer my questions and explain everything in a way that I could understand. I’ve seen three other cardiologists in the past, but this is the first time I felt that my concerns were fully addressed.

The Dr. Marsh-Kates is very thorough with ordering test to see the reason I have had several episodes of shortness of breath. I have an appointment so she can explain what the test results show.

Dr. Marsh-Kates referred me to an electrophysiologist and explained the reason for her referral. She also answered my and my husband's questions about my condition and treatment options. Th medications she prescribed earlier have made me feel much better and given me more energy.

I feel that the Kates-Marsh interaction is as valuable as the actual medical services that She provides. After all, a one on one visit is not just a sterile, clinical visit, but a psychological and emotional encounter as well. With that in mind, I would whole heartedly recommend Dr Kates to friends and family.
