I think it is a good place to go. I would caution them about the issues we had and to be aware of those things. Overall, I think they are better than most from what I have heard from other people. Also, if they were looking at going into assisted living, that guaranteed spot if they need to go into rehab, I think that is a real plus.

I would tell them that it was a good facility. The staff was definitely over worked, but it is a very nice facility and we were very fortunate to get in there.

I would tell them that they are an excellent rehab facility and excellent assisted living facility, which is where my mother ended up.

For nursing care, I would rate it a five. For physical therapy and social work, I would rate it a one. I'll say 3.5 overall. I would tell them to be awfully sure of your diagnosis before you go in there. The care was very excellent, and I felt very safe as far as my nursing care went. I felt very safe at night. I was very sick when I went in there and the nurses were very compassionate, but the social worker and the physical therapist, not so much.

I would tell them that it appears to be clean and well staffed and well furbished. So, if you are looking for a place for short term rehabilitation in this area, that is a good choice.
