I would tell them that the people there are friendly and seem caring. It seemed like it was a newer facility. They have good occupational and physical therapy. I like that they have their own doctor they brought in to come see her.

I would tell them I was very impressed with it. I put my mom there four times and always came out with great feelings about the place.

I would tell them that I had very good care. The CNAs were remarkable in their knowledge. The cleaning staff got their job done every day. The food was acceptable. I really appreciated physical and occupational therapy people; they were exceptional.

She lived in assisted living and acute care when she passed away and they took care of all levels of her needs and that they are better than the rest.
