All the employees were friendly, and it took them 30 seconds to answer the call light. I never had to wait for anything. This is the best facility I've ever been to.

I would tell them that it was the best care facility that I've had any contact with. The staff was always cordial. The patients that I saw in the halls were happy and looked very clean.

I would tell them to really consider it even though the inside, especially the rooms, didn't look that good. Everyone there was caring and did attend to my mom's care.

I would tell them to go and look. You wont believe it unless you go look. I toured 12 facilities, and I didn’t feel like I wanted my mom there expect for this one. I fought to get her in there.

I would tell them that the staff was very helpful, with the management and the entrance people. I think they are understaffed as far as nurses and CNAs.
