I would tell them that it's a great place, it's clean, the staff is very friendly and they are willing to help in whichever manner they need to.

I would tell them that it's been a great place. Erin has expressed that she's very happy with the quality of care and all the staff has been amazing. The communication has been amazing and they definitely make sure to go above and beyond with taking care of their residents.

I have already been recommending it as much as I can. I would elaborate on the extensive, positive, understanding care and the very friendly and caring staff.

That is definitely a five! I would tell them that they have a tremendous staff and many of the people that work there have been there twenty years. They treat the residents like family and they care for them like they are their parents.

I would tell them that it's a well-staffed facility that is sensitive and addresses the needs of the clients.

It's a really good place. You can trust them and they keep you informed. It's a really good option if you can't keep them at home.
