Peggy, Tim, and Letha were all so incredibly kind and professional from start to finish. I felt very comfortable while there and they were a huge part of that. They all deserve recognition for their genuine kindness and professionalism.

I couldn’t ask for a better physician Dr. Morgan is absolutely wonderful. She treats me with so much respect. She’s willing to listen to any little thing that I have to say she always explains what’s going on and who’s in the room. I’m just so blessed to have her in my life a wonderful physician .

Dr Morgan is very informative, patient, and caring. I do not like her office scheduling 3 to 6 months out to make an appointment. Same with a plastic surgeon. The doctors are very good, but it takes too long to make appointments.

My visits with Dr. Black-Morgan is always pleasant. She is knowledgeable, respectful,and allow me as a patient to be part of health care. Dr. Black-Morgan takes the time and I like she does her own examination of the patient and not leave it to a NP or PA, like other Phoebe dictirs in different fields.

Dr. Morgan Neurologist, has great bedside manners. She greets me with a great big smile and she knows my name. She stays on top of my ailment and medications. I love her. A very caring and kind person. I thank God for her!!!

Customer Service Skills were good. The person made me fill comfortable with taken the test. He was friendly and feel right at home. A blanket was provided and music was provided. I’ll tell any/one I meet tor go the the radiologist at Phoebe Hospital.
