I felt totally comfortable with all the staff that I encountered. They were friendly and responsive to me. The doctor had excellent 'bedside manners', he listened, responded and gave me the appropriate information. Right now, I sent him a message with a few questions about his 'notes' in my patient portal and am waiting for a reply.
