The PA who saw me wrote in his notes that he showed me the xray of my knee which he did not.

I am very happy with the surgery and my recovery and my progress after this surgery. Very happy. I am moving so much better. I am feeling so much better. I am in so much less pain than I was nine years ago when I had my knee done. I believe it has a lot to do with Azure Naux, or J-O-U-R-N-A-V-X nerve block. I believe I'm attributing it to that because I am very thrilled with my progress and lack of pain. Thank you very much. My knee feels great.

The physician assistant was top notch and he was very patient listening to my concerns. I believe that I am in good hands with the surgeon as well as the physician assistant.

I would like it to be easier to get an appointment to see someone. I went back and forth a few times on the MyChart portal. I'm originally a patient of Dr. [REDACTED]. I saw him for the first time on July 24th and a few days after that I had a very bad reaction to a cortisone shot. I waited a few days after that to see if it would go away and it didn't. It was very painful. So at that point I logged on to the MyChart and it was a little difficult to try to get someone to say we'll ?

Mark Layton PA was extremely courteous, respectful and knowledgable. He explained everything in an easy to understand manner and performed my knee injections with ease and minimal discomfort. He took his time and answered all my questions and provided me with instructions for home. He is definitely an asset to your organization and I feel very secure under his care and guidance! My entire experience was great from the time I checked in at the front desk until the time I checked out. Everybody involved was very professional, very understanding, patient, especially Mark. He definitely listened to my concerns and addressed my concerns with the best information possible, with the information we had, and gave me a realistic step-by-step as to what we're going to do to correct the situation. And it left me feeling very hopeful and trusting in the process. So I'm hoping that with this therapy that was recommended, that things will get better with time. If not, when we follow up in a few weeks, I trust that whatever direction they decide to go, I'm going to be open.

For such a busy practice it ran like a well oiled and organized machine. The receptionist took me right away. After I sat down it was less than a minute until someone called me in. After going through my history and problem with my knee she told me someone would come get me for X-rays. One minute later someone knocked and took me to radiology and once I was done walked me back to my room. I waited 2-3 minutes until the Drs assistant came in and had all the details I gave the first person. He explained thoroughly what the issue was and how it can be healed. It was an amazing experience that quite truthfully, I'm amazed at. Your whole team should be proud.

Everyone on the therapy staff as well as support staff are friendly and accommodating. The equipment is always cleaned and ready for the next person to use when needed.

I would have preferred to met with the doctor vs. the PA. PA was knowledgeable, but wasn't familiar with my specific needs.

I asked several people why I wasn't prescribed an antinflammatory. I wasn't getting an answer. If they had told me it was because of ny kidney value, I could have explained that I went to a Penn urologist who told me the number was so close to normal that I shouldn't have been referred to urology. Nobody answered me question about the anti inflammatory.

I waited in a room for 30 minutes for a X-ray tech to come get my for to take films of my right knee. I stepped out in to the corridor and asked the nursing assistant when I was going to be have my cxray. She said she would check. I waits 5-10 minutes & then was taken for my right leg xray.

Hello, my only concern was that the medication for post-op was ordered to the wrong pharmacy. It was sent to mail-in and still had some confusions on getting it filled after getting it changed to the local pharmacy.

Everyone was helpful and caring. I only had one bad experience that involved something unrelated to regular care. Someone parked over the line and I couldn't not get in my car. This was in the handicapped section. I came back inand said something, but no one of the staff offered help. It actually took two very nice men in the waiting room to help me.
