Dr Rasnake was honest in his opinion on My anticipated therapy which I based on previous conversations with others. By reviewing previous test results and exams by my ENT, he gave me a level of confidence that less aggressive therapy might not be necessary. Some further testing could reveal a therapy path less evasive. His manner of addressing my concerns was outstanding.

It began at the front desk, with Natalie the rexeptionist. She was helpful during my first stop to get my initial visit scheduled. She helped me select the doctor and came up with an acceptable appointment. Natalie was very helpful in providing printed health data in a timely fashion. She is definitely one of the best receptionist compared to many others. She appears to be unstressed, and able to help. Relative to Dr Rasnake, he too left me with a level of comfort in addressing my treatment alternatives.

Dr. Rasnake was very prepared for my appointment and was very attentive to listening to the issues I’m having. He provided a thorough assessment of my issues and a clear explanation of his findings. He had a solid follow up plan and additional testing to help better diagnose my issue. I would recommend Dr. Rasnake.

I went to see Dr. Rasnake on the particular date in question I did not receive the referral from Dr. [ ]. All Dr. [ ] said this she’s the Skin Wellness physician all she told me to do is with you contact an [ ] doctor. She gave me another name of a she gave me another That she referred me to, but that physician was no longer in practice. I looked up Dr. Rasnake online, reviewd his qualifications and history, and consequently chose him as the physician that I wanted to see. He was a EXCELLENT doctor and I appreciate his expertise, however I disagree with his diagnosis I think I have Tinea in my hair and on my body. It is not Exzema , as he suggested Thank you for giving me the opportunity to work with Dr. Rasnake.

It was my good fortune to have the immediate care (Vanderbilt location) request an appointment with your doctor. Although not enthusiastic about driving to downtown Naples from Bonita, I left with a smile on my face and reassurance regarding my condition. Thank you for the opportunity to find a doctor and staff that are both friendly and competent!

Dr. Rasnake saved my life he confidently and professionally laid out a plan and the risks and the process. He explained shott term goals and long term goals. He spent time to explain the rational like no otlllher Dr. His visit is calm and informative. His style of communicating a knowing a patient by actually reading your chart should be the standard of care for all NCH. and a requirement for all medical personale He is never too busy to get back to you or your HH agency to insure your safety and restoring your health within minutes not 48 hour.
