Dr Pinto gave me good news and also seemed very pleased with results of surgery so far. Reminded me of continued healing and physical therapy needs but made it feel a team effort. He did great surgery and I have to do my share, ie physical therapy

Very thorough, demonstrated experience without unnecessary testing, eg. MRI at this time. Ordered PT, icing, gave dexamethasone injections, f/u in 6 weeks, scheduled immediately

All interactions with Dr. Pinto were fantastic.However, there was something I found very offensive at the check out desk. I would like a phone call from someone to talk about this. It has to do with standards and ethics.

He explained everything very clearly! I very much appreciated him giving me the option to try physical therapy first before going ahead with shoulder replacement surgery!!

He did a great job of explaining results of MRI and why a reverse shoulder operation would probably be the best option. Also explained why a CT scan would give more detailed information prior to surgery.
