All interactions with Dr. Pinto were fantastic.However, there was something I found very offensive at the check out desk. I would like a phone call from someone to talk about this. It has to do with standards and ethics.

No other feedback, overall good+ experience. Further evaluation (MRIs) are needed for further prognosis.

He explained everything very clearly! I very much appreciated him giving me the option to try physical therapy first before going ahead with shoulder replacement surgery!!

He did a great job of explaining results of MRI and why a reverse shoulder operation would probably be the best option. Also explained why a CT scan would give more detailed information prior to surgery.

Dr. Pinto was very pleasant to work with. He was very clear about next steps, restrictions and possible surgery results. Since it will be several weeks until I have surgery, it would have been great to be given any strategies besides restrictions to protect or improve my shoulder. There may not have been any, but we didn't have that conversation.

Dr. Pinto has been my doctor for many.years. I'm always treated with respect and he is very knowledgeable in his field. He takes his time to make sure I understand what is my problem and how he will fix it. As a surgeon, he has operated me and my husband with outstanding results. If you are looking for a surgeon to take care of your shoulder problems, this is the doctor that will fix it!
