Upon checkout, the receptionist stated she would be sending the referral out over to Intermountain imaging. 10 days later, I hadn’t heard anything, So called Intermountain, and they stated that they had never received the referral. I called Dr Parent’s office, and they said they would send it again. Odd thing, Intermountain had it almost instantly. Unfortunately, scheduling was delayed over a week, due to it not being sent on the 10th.
