I've placed a great deal of trust in him, considering I hadn't met Dr Nootens or anyone on his staff before about 6 weeks ago. I've had a lot of procedures and prep for what could be life-saving treatment and everyone has been very professional and at the same time, very reassuring, and have made sure I've understood everything that's happening.
