I was pleased with Dr. Nathanson, but the parking design is very poorly done. Obviously, you have a lot of handicapped people and all the parking is in the side. So there is a long walk for everyone.

Compared to a previous experience with an orthopedic doctor where I had to wait over an hour to be seen I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I was called back and my appointment progressed. Dr. Nathanson was extremely nice, personable and explained everything clearing to me. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Provider, facility and staff were great. SIGNAGE is scarce all over and it's easy to get lost. On my first visit, I somehow came out of the wrong elevator and ended up in the parking lot on the opposite side of the building from where I had parked, all due to inadequate signage. You've been open more than a year and I can't believe this hasn't been addressed!

I just wanted to say not only was Dr. Nathanson great, like really great, but I really appreciate the technology that you have and how simple it is to get in and out of the office. So technology with scheduling and just the ease of showing up, not waiting, paying the copay right away, getting a receipt right away. So it's for somebody that's busy, Hackensack is just great for us. So and this visit was no exception. So thank you for what you do.
