Excellent physician and staff. Dr. Hadley and David his PA were amazing from the beginning. They explained everything in great detail before surgery. They were outstanding to me while in the hospital and for my follow up visits. So thankful that I chose Dr. Hadley to perform my surgical procedure.

I have had 3 separate back surgeries at this hospital. The staff has been very attentive every time I have visited. They answer all my questions and go out of their way to make sure I understand what my treatment plan is and what's expected of me and my recovery.

New patients need to be told to arrive a LOT earlier and tell them about the traffic and length of time it takes to find a parking spot, even in the huge parking deck!!
My experience with the huge Kirklin Clinic was great- plenty of signs and folks along the way to give directions!
The nurse and doctor were kind, direct, friendly and knowledgeable!

My appointment with Dr. Mark Hadley was the most positive experience I have ever had with a physician's office. EVERYTHING was done in a very professional way from being welcomed from the nurse that called my name, and the exam from the intern physician to the actual exam and conversation with Dr. Hadley. I was thoroughly impressed with my entire visit. I even received a personal phone call from Dr. Hadley the following day to discuss the results of some additional X-rays he had ordered for me. It is very obvious that he truly cares about his patients and their well being. Thank you Dr. Hadley!!

DOCTOR TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN MY CONDITION AND OFFERED POSIBLE OPTIONS TO TREAT IT. HE ALSO PERSONNALY CALLED MY WIFE TO LET HER KNOW HIS TEAM THINKS THEY CAN HELP ME AND INTRODUCED HIS TEAM MEMBER DR. [ ] WHO HE WANTS ME TO SEE. BOTH DOCTORS AND STAFF WERE VERY POLITE AND HELPFUL.

Everyone from the front desk to the young lady that took my vital signs was extremely kind. The nurse practitioner was very thorough and down to earth. But they saved the BEST for last, Dr. Hadley really spent a great deal of time with me explaining what I needed to do to improve my condition. I left there feeling hopeful. I knew I had chosen the best in the business
