I like all the staff and Dr. Messinese. I also like the interns. An intern and Dr Messinese offered some very helpful advice in my last visit and my stomach issues are getting better. Glad to have the medical clinic here. This is a real benefit of living at Fleet.

So different from most medical offices these days in a very good way. Dr. Messinese and his staff know me and greet me when they see me outside of the office. Service levels are great too. I generally only wait a couple of minutes before my appt begins. Dr. Messinese is very caring and kind. And encouraging! Meredith, the PA, is the same way as are Shannon and Riley. Best medical care from a primary care physician and staff I've ever had.

A doctor who practices real medicine; not the usual jiffy-lube style 15 minute in-out, throw a pill at you. Gives me the confidence that I'll have a good chance of proper diagnosis and treatment plan rather than generic health insurance company dictated regimen.

Appointments are made and confirmed quickly and efficiently. Dr. Messinese is an extremely knowledgeable and personable Doctor. His interns are always caring professionals. I have great trust that my diagnosis and treatment will be correct.

There is no problem with getting an appointment. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Dr. Messinese is a gift to the Fleet Landing Community. He listens, he explains, and he encourages. One has a feeling that he truly understands primary care for the aged. He takes time with each patient so that there is ample time for all questions to be answered. When additional intervention is needed, he sees that it is accomplished quickly. I feel very comfortable knowing that he is always available to the residents.
