I would say that I received the best care possible and was very pleased with the visit overall. All my questions were explained I was given hope and the next 4 weeks of what was to come. And I look forward to the next visit hoping to get better news yet

Nice friendly staff. Quick and efficient office visit for 2 week post-op. On call MD for weekend question was rapidly called back. Great, easy to understand and spoke to me with care: M McIntyre PA. Very caring.

Everyone was super friendly, appointments were super fast and very well explained. They involved my [age] year old, telling her what was happening while X-rays were being done and showing the xrays, with the progress of her bones. Everyone was kind and I would highly recommend.

Mark is good but I am still waiting for paper work that I turned in to be filled out over a week ago called and no call back even asked about it at visit and nothing 3 days later

The visit with Mark was excellent. But the experience of the x-ray was to say the least extremely painful and unassisted. If I hadn't been in the shape I was in I would never have made on or off the table.Please help patients through the process!

Having deal with a child with a broken is scary and terrifying as a parent. However, the entire office made the process less stressful for me and my son. Everyone was kind and friendly, explained the whole process nicely and was quick to have my son seen and to provide the best care.

When I began taking [Patient] to see Mark he had a broken foot [Patient] is 10 and is now healed the doctor explained things to [Patient] so he would understand what was going on which I generally appreciate and every time we were seen by a doctor there they were always respectful and nice and patient! I appreciate all the services that [Patient] has received through mark and his office they were all very patient and I would highly recommend this facility! [Patient name redacted for privacy.]

The all around care and support from everyone is absolutely phenomenal.

Just keep doing what you guys are doing. It seems like even when you guys are having a bad day you still are kind and courteous to the patients that come in and that makes all the difference. You all are very appreciated. and I would drive to Midland from Bay City 365 days out of the year before I go anywhere else. PS. Go Blue!!!
