You need to hire more doctors and surgeons. Having only a si for day a week for follow up visits and clearly being bumped multiple times for a quick 1-hr hernia surgery, could easily be helped with just having more on staff.

Dr suggested calling another Dr that had a surgery set and the Dr wanted Conference Call to discuss the pros and cons and how they would effect the customer. Very caring issue to say the least.
