Mark took time to explain it things on my level. To know what the condition all entails from today to future time, and he took time to show me x-rays and the visit was not hurried at all. I highly recommend Mark and Dr. Ponders staff along with Dr. Ponder for future needs of knees.

My only complaint was the long wait time between when the staples were removed and the time that He came in to see me. It was at least 45 min.
