My recent experiences with seeing Dr. Hendrickson were coordinated with therapy appointments. The hand therapy department in the Crile Building runs like clockwork and works very closely with Dr. H.'s office.

I sat in the waiting room over an hour past my appointment time and then another 30 minutes in the examination room waiting for someone to come in. Nobody ever came in to let me know that the doctor was way behind schedule.

Wait time was extremely long. Waited an hour and 10 minutes before being seen. Actual time with the doctor was very short. Seemed to be in a rush every visit.

Dr Hendrickson proovided a phone number to text if it became impossible to obtain appointments. It was a life saver to be able to text about this problem!

The doctor was obviously rushed due to the number of appointments that had been scheduled and the fact that they were running late.
