When I was waiting in line to check in the attendant ask me to step back away from counter so that I wouldn’t hear any of the other patients info, that patient was in the checkout process, due to hepa laws. This was fine and made sense however, when we sat down in waiting area we
Could hear everything check in person said and phone person said to patients. I heard about someone’s test. Phone numbers, etc.
Obviously bad acoustics!
Maybe ask your attendants to speak softly.
I know we are all seniors and hard to hear.
