Dr. Copen was very courteous, kind and knowledgeable, attentive and positive!He explained every thing and was very clear. I was able to do my labs at his office which was very convenient and I received the results the following day and the doctor personally called me to go over my lab results, which was unexpected because lately doctors have their assistance/nurse call me because they are to busy or they want me to schedule a new appointment to go over it!! Also I called his office for questions I had and I got immediate response. I am very pleased so far. Thank you!
