Dr Copen took his time and explained things concerning my medical condition. Any questions that I had he answered and recommended tests and appointments other PCMs did not do. I really appreciate him as a professional and a person.

Going back, my dentist's office contacted Dr.0 Copen's office for approval of an anesthetic for my root canal work. Upon my return to the dentist, the assistant glowed with utter praise! She was blown away, and impressed upon me how unusually good Dr Copen's office was.

Outstanding provider. Missed Shana at the Checkout Desk…shocked to learn she was released…was one of two of the brightest, most caring and efficient people there. Knew her job, did it flawlessly and never ever once, without a welcoming smile. Have been going there long enough (and with an extensive, high level HR bkgrd) to know what a valuable team member is

Dr Copen was easy to talk to. He made me feel at ease and did not give or make the impression that he was rushing through the appointment. Took the time and asked the requisite questions and gave me time to give proper and well thought out responses.
