Outstanding provider. Missed Shana at the Checkout Desk…shocked to learn she was released…was one of two of the brightest, most caring and efficient people there. Knew her job, did it flawlessly and never ever once, without a welcoming smile. Have been going there long enough (and with an extensive, high level HR bkgrd) to know what a valuable team member is

Dr Copen was easy to talk to. He made me feel at ease and did not give or make the impression that he was rushing through the appointment. Took the time and asked the requisite questions and gave me time to give proper and well thought out responses.

Dr. Copen was very courteous, kind and knowledgeable, attentive and positive!He explained every thing and was very clear. I was able to do my labs at his office which was very convenient and I received the results the following day and the doctor personally called me to go over my lab results, which was unexpected because lately doctors have their assistance/nurse call me because they are to busy or they want me to schedule a new appointment to go over it!! Also I called his office for questions I had and I got immediate response. I am very pleased so far. Thank you!
