Was there anything outstanding?
I have been reluctant to see doctors since the pandemic. I also come from Colorado where many OBs also perform abortions and the entire industry down to ultrasound techs seem to push abortions. I went into the hospital with extreme anxiety because of this history, however Dr. Calaway was extremely caring, he was diligent in looking for any evidence that my baby was still alive before prescribing treatments that could harm my baby. I found him trustworthy and compassionate in delivering difficult news, and then offering sympathy. His care and treatment plan were outstanding and I feel that I was in a dangerous and painful situation that was addressed quickly and effectively. I felt respected as the person responsible for my decisions and not pressured in any way. I would not hesitate to see him again if I have need and I’m very grateful that I found him during this vulnerable time. He was so kind and put me at ease when I was nervous about my procedure.
What could have been done to improve this visit?
I was totally satisfied with my visit. I especially appreciate their beautiful art. Other OBGYN offices I’ve been to are papered with educational posters about sterilization procedures and I find that off putting. This office was comfortable and beautiful.

Doctor and Nurse were both very easy to talk with they made you feel very comfortable and they explained everything very thoroughly and also on a level you you really understood

The nurse and Dr was very kind caring and understanding I am going to make them my yearly for now on. Wouldn't recommend anyone else

This was my first visit. I was VERY impressed with the dr and his office nurse. I will be using them in the future. I have a follow up appointment to go over results of tests.

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience. Physician offices need to take a lesson from the Searcy Medical Center OBGYN on how to work together in a friendly environment. I feel like they were my instant friends. From the moment I walked in the door until I left, it was positive. I did not feel rushed with my appointment and I felt like they honestly cared. If I were looking for a job, this clinic is a place where I would want to work!

They never made me feel uncomfortable or like my decision wasn’t the best , everything I tell them is always elaborated on and taken into consideration there’s never a dull moment when being in their care

Everyone that I saw (Theresa, Dr. Calaway, med student Dr. Lou, Kristy) was absolutely wonderful. I can’t recommend Dr. Calaway and staff enough.

He was very kind and caring. Teresa his nurse is awesome too. I used Dr [ ] for years and him and Teresa took great care of my needs. I feel Dr Calaway will do the same. Great people

Dr Calaway is absolutely amazing. I was a first time patient and anxious, but within minutes of meeting him I was extremely comfortable. He answered every question that I had and took his time. He is excellent and I would highly recommend him. 10/10

I was in an anxious somewhat urgent state due when I was referred to Dr Calaway. His nurse relieved me of much anxiety by her way of being and her offering of information about what I could expect to happen etc. she had so much professional confidence in the Dr that it helped me relax. I anticipated a painful in office procedure but he made it simple and without incident. Additionally, he was eager to be included in my health management which is not what I have experienced in other situations.

From the helpfulness in front by the receptionist to the post exam escort to the exit, the care was excellent. I was very impressed with the timliness of care and the pleasant interactions between staff. Dr Calaway was delightfully open, informative, and caring with education and exam. Nurse Theresa was wonderfully warm and caring from the welcome into the clinic area thru to departure at the exit. I received a phone call from Kristy shortly after I got home to notify me of the inhouse lab results done. Hats off to Unity Women's Center, perfect care rendered. I will recommend others to select you for their care as well.Thank you very much!

I was asked if I wanted to meet Dr Calaway before my exam since this was my first appointment with him. I said no because I had prior notification that Dr [ ] had retired. My visit was excellent!

Dr Calaway was very caring, respectful and knowledgeable. He made sure I understood the procedure before he did it. He made me feel comfortable every step of the way. I couldn't have asked for anything more. I would recommend Dr Calaway to family and friends without hesitation.

I began seeing Dr. Calaway just this year as my OBGYN retired (happy for him). I was genuinely surprised to find the Dr. taking his place was a pleasant, respectful and knowledgeable young man. Very happy to have him for my new Doctor.

I have no complaints. I believe this clinic is run by qualified, and very experienced professionals.

The nursing staff are the best at what they do. Dr. Calaway was so professional, his nurse Theresa was so patient and knowledgeable. I have already recommended them to family and friends. They get a BIG A+.
