I would like for notes that I'm given to include not just the recommendations but the reasoning behind each. I regretted not making notes as Dr Natelson was explaining to me. The information is more valuable (and memorable) if the explanation is included in the take-away materials.

Very attentive physician, resident and medical student who appeared to be concerned with my mother and her well being. They were also very patient and answered questions / gave suggestions to my brother and me.

The Doctor, Nurse Practitioner and Nurse were AWESOME!!! Displayed a very Concern and Kind Spirit! The Doctor listened and explained my Mother diagnosis of Alzheimer's and gave my family a care plan to follow. Thank you for listening and giving us the opportunity to EXHALE!

Dr. Natelson and the nurse practitioner were excellent in their testing and explanations. They far exceeded my greatest hope for assistance with my memory issue. I never felt rushed and every question was answered throughly. PLEASE UAB do what ever is necessary to keep this clinic available. Maybe even hire some additional staff as this is an essential area of health care.
