I love coming to Renoun . Everyone is knowledgeable and very helpful. Marisa always takes the time to explain everything so I understand my health issues and options. She listens to my concerns and will come up with a plan .

I think that there should be a separate waiting area for primary care patients and urgent care. The urgent care patients are most likely ill and primary care are there for routine care. I cannot afford to catch an illness.

I wish I could remember the name of the NP who worked on me December 8, but I can’t! She didn’t know my medical history, but she listened to me very carefully and understood why I asked for something out of the ordinary. I am grateful to her and all of the providers at Renown as all of them have been excellent listeners. Believe me when they don’t? You will hear about it loudly and clearly! Thank you for hiring such a caring staff!
