They do a stellar job at getting you through to see the doc with the least amount of wait time. The office is always clean and I can always find a parking space close to the door.

Ms. Traversie is a wonderful provider for my wife and myself. Her friendly and caring demeanor take away any anxiety we may have. Her assistants are always thoughtful and caring also, as well as your reception staff. I am very happy with our medical team as a whole.

She is very attentive and understanding. She answers my questions, makes suggestions and explains in great detail the reason for changing some of the things or a better way of doing things.

I think that there should be a separate waiting area for primary care patients and urgent care. The urgent care patients are most likely ill and primary care are there for routine care. I cannot afford to catch an illness.

I wish I could remember the name of the NP who worked on me December 8, but I can’t! She didn’t know my medical history, but she listened to me very carefully and understood why I asked for something out of the ordinary. I am grateful to her and all of the providers at Renown as all of them have been excellent listeners. Believe me when they don’t? You will hear about it loudly and clearly! Thank you for hiring such a caring staff!
