Dr. Traversie is professional while being friendly. She is easy to talk with, even as she gets her point across. She's very efficient and always checks on my medication status during each visit. I'm very comfortable with both her and her nurse. I've also found the staff, including receptionists and lab techs to be friendly and efficient. If I have to go somewhere for medical help, this site suits me just fine.

Phamacist Justin has always been great. He takes the time and makes you feel like he is listening. I feel that the Marrisa is stretches to thin with meeting the 20 minutes that she can’t really be invested in her patients! It is more important for her to write her notes than to listen. The front desks are horrible! this 15 minutes show up for an appointment even though you check in the night before in the computer is a stupid policy. There are times that people have to deal with traffic, a car accident or what ever that they should not be turned away unless they are always late. Especially when they get there 5 minutes before their appointment and they are the first ine of the day and the next appointment had canceled the night before!
