Dr. Lau and her staff were excellent. She throughly explained my condition, recommended a specific remediation, and answered all my questions on the remediation procedure before proceeding. Her and her team were very attentive and caring, ensuring I was comfortable before, during and after the procedure.

I wanted a female doctor because I feel more comfortable with a female doctor. DRLau was excellent, she explained everything and made me feel very comfortable I didn't need to ask questions.I was very nervous and she put my fears to rest.

Dr. Lau was excellent. Very knowledgeable and thorough. Kind and calming. I was quite nervous and sometimes not knowing what is happening can be scary. I felt assured that what was occuring was normal for my age and felt much better when my examination was over. Thank you Dr. Lau for your kindness.

The office is in the middle of a renovation but the staff was great making sure everyone had a place to sit. The reception staff and the techs were amazing. As usual Dr. Lau was wonderful.
