Care is excellent! Dr. Brainin has been my primary care doctor for over 20 years, & she is very knowledgeable, compassionate, caring, and always addresses my needs. The staff in her office are great, as are the lab technicians.

Although, it is hard to get an appointment (mine was rescheduled twice), but the staff you encounter is always professional and courteous. The staff really listen to you and answer your questions and show concern for you.

I love everything about this place. The doctor listens. The nurse listens. I can ask any questions or concerns or send through the portal. They always answer back in a reasonable amount of time. I feel the waiting time is reasonable. Highly recommend
