Dr. Brainin and her staff is always so nice and professional. Dr. Brainin is very knowledgeable and thorough. I wish all physicians were like her. She listens to her patient and put their needs first. She will be missed.

The Hoover facility is perfect for me. The location is very convenient. The staff is excellent. I can get most of medical needs in one place.

Dr. Brainin gives extraordinary patient service. She explains things like no other doctor has ever done. For example, why the red blood count might be elevated and why a sleep apnea test might be valuable as well as hydrating more frequently. Why some spikes in blood pressure might not indicate medication should be tweaked. She also observes things that will help the patient. For example, noting dry skin, she recommends daily lotion, and follows the suggestion with the "why" - because the more elastic the skin is, the less likelihood of tears and breaks. I've seen her twice, and she consistently exceeds my expectations. She and her staff all respond quickly and thoroughly to portal questions. Why would anyone not use UAB? Why not trust your health care to a not-for-profit research hospital like UAB, rather than a for profit medical "business" concerned only with bottom line marketing?
