I feel that doctor opinion is just absolutely awesome! Her student was very polite very attentive and very considerate. The staff is awesome. Courteous friendly and professional.

Dr. Opena is extremely open, caring and knowledgeable. I have been impressed with the doctor and staff professional yet warm and caring attitudes. I tell friends about her and highly recommend they try her out as their primary care physician. The atmosphere feels comfortable and open, and I feel blessed to have found her!

The whole staff were friendly, answered any question I had, and were extremely respectful. I found my new primary!

Wait time for xray, but they were very busy, and they can only do so much.

There is nothing I would do to improve the visit. However, I feel that efforts to stay on top of referrals can be improved.

There was a student observer who interviewed me before the doctor came in that was very kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. The doctor was very thorough and took time to hear my concerns.
What could have been done to improve this visit?
The doctor suspected a diagnosis but is sending me to a specialist, which is fine. I just wish I had asked more about what she suspected.

She is outstanding, Dr. O. The will and patience to listen to the 25 years of my conditions, and see for herself how I have learned to manage day to day, and enduring the fear, torture, pain, violence of the Storms. I’ve had two heart attacks and two strokes. I’m wanting peace and quiet and to live out my days, without screaming in pain. I value her trust in me. I am alive because of her, have some physical peace and dignity, reduced anxiety, and given me the feeling, after years of just plain animal suffering, that I’m back to myself. Thanks to her.

Nothing More. It was a relief, at last, to come away feeling better and not worse.

My experience with Dr. Opena was excellent! I was weary of RGH after a prior negative experience with a different doctor...Opena was much better-I highly recommend her.
What could have been done to improve this visit?
The clinic is kind of confusing. I came from Rio Rancho and I've never seen a set up like this before. It could be more self-explanatory...and it could be better explained also that the RGH clinics ARE primary care! That would help very much with the confusion.
