Every time I encounter Dr Opena she makes a wonderful effort to go beyond my expectations. She encourages my feedback and gives great advice and recommendations. I appreciate her so much!
What could have been done to improve this visit?
Nothing with Dr Opena I’m afraid the opportunity to treat the Infuenza A was missed in the ER.

For such a small hospital, we were very impressed with everything, the cleanliness, the waiting room, the amount of time before we were seen. It's seems to be a top notch hospital. Thank you for asking.

Timely appointment by not waiting a long time to be seen. Very friendly staff from checking to the taking my vitals, the Dr asking questions and help with paperwork I needed. I really appreciate my pcm.

She made me feel heard and that she cared and remembered what was wrong with me which was very reassuring. Many times you go to doctors and they need you to remind them of why you are back she knew right away. It made the whole experience amazing!

Everything was great! Very fast to get seen! Dr was very nice & knowledgeable! The guy nurse who came to help fit my daughter with a knee sleeve was super amazing. & the lady who scheduled & sent us for her xray was beyond awesome & made my daughter feel less anxious! Go Seahawks!

Dr Opeña makes me feel safe and like I'm being heard. I know that whatever the issue, she will listen and help as best she can. I am very pleased with the care provided.

I feel Dr. Opeña is outstanding. She actually listens and makes treatment decisions based on her medical knowledge, but also takes account of what I've told her about my history with medications and physical problems. She doesn't dismiss me or blame me for my health issues. She is involved in my care; she has me continue to see her so we can manage things and address any issues.

It was my introduction to Dr. Opena and I was very impressed by how she treated me. I haven’t had very many positive interactions at RGH with the exception of the lab staff they are ALWAYS excellent. I was also appreciative of my prior PA [ ]. I can’t remember her name I’m sorry But Dr. Opena is great!!

I don’t know. Everything was really good this time. Most of my complaints would go back a few years when I had a different Dr.

Every blessed thing was outstanding. I am still mystified at the cause of my illness, every person was cheerful and committed to my care, as if I were their only patient. Of course, they we extremely busy with their other patients You can be proud of yourself and yourselves.
What could have been done to improve this visit?
A better look at labs and a scope of stomach. I wondered to them if it was ulcer. Nevertheless, I was convinced the cause was dystonia. I’m having trouble swallowing.

Dr. Opena is extremely open, caring and knowledgeable. I have been impressed with the doctor and staff professional yet warm and caring attitudes. I tell friends about her and highly recommend they try her out as their primary care physician. The atmosphere feels comfortable and open, and I feel blessed to have found her!

Dr. Opena is a wonderful doctor. I've always had the best care with her. She's very compassionate and kind.

I was a little confused about the drug testing process, but was able to figure it out. It just took me a bit to get it.
