This was probably the best doctor’s appointment I’ve ever had. Little to no wait, so clean, kind and respectful staff. Overall experience was 10/10.

I was so impressed with the staff and facilities at this HSS site. They diagnosed me correctly and the PA went out of her way to secure the (awesome) OT to set my broken hand before he left for the day. I was very pleased with everything about my visit.

I came for hip pain. Mariela Jimenez ordered X-Rays of my hips and spent 25 minutes doing training on my gait and leg muscles. MARIELA IS A SUPERSTAR. Her staff took me back and forth from X-Ray and back. HSS is the best of the best. I have recommended this excellent institution. BRAVO.

Meeting with Mariela J. PA was an exceptional experience. She went above every expectation I had in addressing my knee injury. I hope she’s always available in the future. She’s a total asset to HSS. Treat her well!! You want her on your team!!

I came to HSS because my previous orthopedist would not listen to me about the pain in my arm and thought everything was stemming from my neck. My provider at HSS discovered that I had some calcification in my shoulder which was most likely causing the pain I was experiencing. She was very thorough and listened to me, which, at my age, is very important to me

I was very happy to use the next day service rather than wait two months for doctor. It got me on the road to PT and I followd up with the doctor two months later.
