Maribeth,APN treated me with respect and made me feel very comfortable. She did not make me feel like she was rushing thru my appointment and took her time with me. She is extremely knowledgeable!! Great experience!!

I don't feel like they listened to me. I feel like it was their answer and that was it. I would have liked to discuss a little more my concerns. But overall, they were very good.

Receptionist was aloof but it might be because she appeared new to her position. The staff in general were not as welcoming compared to your Moorestown location.

I've been a patient for over 20 years, and the only problem is getting an appoint with my doctor. The PAs are extremely professional and knowledgeable, and I am very comfortable with them.

.. I wish the email would have been. a little clearerI 15min late for my echo as the text said to go Lourdes, so I went to one in willingsboro and that is why I was late. They refused to see me at echo so now I have appt at Mt.Laurel
