I understand wearing a mask is important but those of us that don’t hear well it is hard to always hear well when masks are worn. Other wise I felt good about all the staff that work there.

I like the fact that Dr Kryvokrysenko includes & encourages patient participation in discussions when developing a therapeutic plan of action. Dr K takes into account patient input when developing this plan and incorporates appropriate input from the patient. This gives one the feeling that the Doctor and patient are solving problems together rather then being told what to do.

I experienced a [ ] and while I was in the hospital (at Renown) Dr. Kryvokrysenko called me to check in to see how I was doing. I truly appreciated and respected her compassion for my health and making sure I was doing well.

Dr K made eye contact when talking to me. This demonstrates to me that she cares about her patients. In the past I had other providers that were more focused on their computer and didn’t make eye contact when talking with me.

I'm very glad I was able to get an appointment with Dr. Kryvokrysenko. She was very patient and informative on what could possibly be wrong with me. Generally my health is good and she helped me understand how serious it could be. She really listened and made sure I understood how important it was for me to go to the ER for further follow up . My ER visit ended in a hospital stay.

Dr. K listened to my desired approach to my health care and agreed to it. She also offered to send a referral request to the cardiac doctor I want to see. Her nurse, Megan, was friendly, understanding and professional.

She has scheduled me back to continue helping me understand the variety of conditions that are bothering me, very understandable. I would recommend her to anyone needing a caring primary. My husband and I are so glad we found her.

I am so excited to have Dr. Kryvokrysenko is my new general practitioner. I love Renown and the doctor said they have working for them are excellent. I have complete faith in this hospital which I’ve never had before I’m 76 years of age and this is really made it so that I am really how much completely stress-free from worrying about my health anymore. Of course I do take care of myself but other than that knowing that I’m getting the best care that there is here makes me feel very very safe and Dr. [ ] is excellent just excellent and the way she treats you listens to you and suggest different things to you. She’s awesome and I’m so blessed to have her as my daughter. p

Yes, her listening skills, knowledge of my condition, providing options and care are all top notch. I always look forward to seeing her and reviewing my progress. She is also excellent in communicating through the MyChart portal so I can get a message to her on my schedule.

Dr Kryvokrysenko is an excellent Dr. She listen to any concerns I may have, give good advices, remind me of all the goodness that I should be doing to stay healthy n she takes her time . Her new nurse Meghan is a an excellent nurse, she is a people person n she makes you feel welcome with a big SMILE and comfortable. She is the best person for that job. The receptionist are professional. The medical assistants Are friendly, professional. Dr. Kryvokrysenko is very friendly, knowledgeable of my medical history, takes plenty of time to answer all my questions, and let’s maybe involved In The decision making.
