I thought the doctor and resident fellow were extremely nice and I liked them a lot. I was disappointed with the wait, the missed appointment, the confusion, and that the staff took the time to notate their interaction with me in order to bill me but not to actually give me my appointment in a timely manner.

The providers were great, the parking pay let a lot to be desired. I was charged three times for parking. The gate would not open two times I put the card in. I hit the call for help button and she was very rude. So I would love my $10 bucks back but more so tell that lads to be kind. Amen
