I thought the visit went very well.The procedure was fast and the doctor explained everything perfectly.I did reach out through email to let the doctor know that the medication may not be working also to let them know that. I had a little bit of extra pain. I'd be able to get a response..

Marie was very nice to me. She explained that there is no reason at this time to be seeing her. She pulled up the ct scan to show me it’s nothing to worry about. Just a simple cyst. She felt bad I traveled all the way for really nothing. She gave me a nice place to stop to have coffee and bagel before I headed home.

As mentioned earlier, Dr V was thorough in explaining what was going to happen during the procedure, cared very much about my comfort and treated me with dignity and respect. She impressed me as being an expert in her field who clearly explained all my treatment options and the pros and cons of each option. She was compentent, kind and caring as well as professional in every respect.
