My family and I came in early for a 3:30pm appointment and we waited over a hour and a half for what was then told to us was only a nurse visit which was technically considered a walk in; they said. After being delayed and pushed aside. We watched a countless number of people come and go, that we came before and they even left before we were seen. Our 15 month old only needed to receive two shots. They did not see the urgency in getting him taken care of which caused an even greater delay. In the other things we had scheduled that day. This visit was very long and disappointing.

We have been going to Dr Salazar for 2.5 years with both of my babies. My one year old didn't even have his one year appointment until 2 months later because it was never scheduled? I had to call to make sure we hadn't missed it. We like Dr Salazar but cannot understand what she is saying - not trying to be rude but it is very hard to ask question about your child when you can't understand what you should be doing about it. I also don't understand why we have to wait 20-30 minutes for vaccines after the dr has come in - esp when there are very few to NO other patients. Out of respect for the kids we bring, it would be a blessing if the vaccines were ready. Also the 3rd room to the right is way too hot for anyone managing small children to have to sit around for at least an hour for the dr and nurses to be finished. I will be transferring to a different location.
