The provider was very concerned about my issue and is taking all precautions to resolve it. I really like and respect her " bedside manner". I made sure that I could still see her when I changed my insurance level.

Maria has been my care provider since I've moved to Reno from California and has always been very helpful and patient with me as her patient. And I just want to say I really appreciate her. She's always really willing to listen and give me good advice about how to care about myself. I think that she's an amazing provider.

Couldn't ask for better care. From the receptionist to my provider everyone was professional, courteous and definitely concerned about my health. Highly recommend.

Maria always has my best health issues on her mind. She sent me to the ER and probably saved my life when my blood pressure so high I was in danger of a stroke.

APRN Ortega is very knowledgeable, completely sympathetic, and a very good listener, I tend to ramble in multiple directions when trying to explain myself, she ties it all together and explains so I can understand.

I was so happy with Maria Ortega. It took a while to get an appt but it was a new patient appointment so that was understandable. I had heard she was an amazing provider by multiple people and they were right. She was definitely worth the wait. For the first time ever I feel very good about the care I received and the care I will continue to receive from her.
