The best doctor I have ever had, and I have had some good ones. She is smart, kind, caring, knowledgeable and patient. Both my boyfriend and I are her Patient’s and feel so happy to have her as our doctor.

When Dr Heck walks in the room, she has such a warm, kind, smile on her face. She has a way of making me feel comfortable talking with her about anything. She doesn’t rush our visit. She makes me feel each appt with her, is important.

This was the first time I had met Dr. Heck. I had heard positive things about her care and what I had heard proved to be true. She listened to my explanation on why I sought medical care and she provided the help I needed to, not necessarily cure the problem, but how to help with the pain now and in the future if it occurs again. I really appreciated all that she did for me. Thank you Dr. Heck.

Dr Heck is one of the two best care practitioners I've ever had. She is considerate to both my needs and my fears; she understands and remembers my circumstances and is invested in practical care given the circumstances. When she is less familiar with something, she says so and then goes to find out the additional information and come back with the understanding to help. If it is relevant to you, she is also LGBTQA+ friendly.

Dr Heck has always been both thorough, invested, caring, and, perhaps best of all, willing to obtain additional information when she is not particularly familiar with something. She has always managed to remember my particular circumstances and shown a level of understanding and practicality for handling my care that I appreciate more than words can express. She is the only reason I drive to a location two cities away for my care, when there are locations immediately adjacent to me.
