Dr Duca has been treating me for about 20 years so she knows me well. I am able to discuss all my medical questions with her and she helps me understand everything clearly. She explains the pros and cons of a recommendation from another physician for something she is treating and/or monitoring me for. I appreciate her candor and advice immensely because she breaks everything down so I can understand it

The front desk intake person that checked me in was not pleasant barely without eye contact A friendly smile and a good morning would have been nice but she did not

The first tech who did my intake and initial ekg had the worst personality I've encountered. She did not interact just had a flat affect , every other person on the Virtua staff I've ever encountered from initial sign in to sign out has a personality usually pleasant, this one nope. Plus the ekg result didn't register so DR Duca had to have another person do it again. She needs more training on her people skills.

Dr Duca is simply just amazing! I always look forward to seeing her. She is so kind and attentive. She never makes you feel that your concerns are unimportant. Dr. Duca was personal, friendly, knowledgeable. She was running 15 minutes late but the medical assistant told us that, which was much appreciated instead of just leaving us in a room wondering if we had been forgotten, and Dr. Duca apologized and explained why. That was real nice customer service.

Dr. Duca was pretty amazing and I was really pleased, but the receptionist was telling us that she was working overtime and she was being not paid for that and she was very annoyed trying to check me out and do all the things and it was inappropriate.
