This was my first time visit and everyone was so friendly and helpful. Dr Duca was great! She made me feel at ease took her time to listen to my concerns, explained everything and answered all my questions. I know I made the right choice in choosing Dr Duca!

Dr. Duca is a great down to earth person and dr. ?I was afraid she would yell at me , when I first came to her with my high cholesterol and inherited heart disease. But she made me feel better , and I'm on the right meds . My cholesterol is finally under control.

Yes, I would like to say that Dr. Duca is one of the best doctors. But recently to get in touch with her, I had difficulty. I heard there was a change in the line. I heard the phone system, but I left messages and I left emails and I left things on the portals. and I could not get in touch with her. And the only way I can get in touch with her is to leave the message on the night doctor. But please, it was a, she's an excellent doctor. I really wish that people would just correct the system and correct the, I hate to even say it, but it was really very ?

From the time I entered the facility to exit I was treated with respect and kindness. Dr. Duca is wonderful. She knows everything about me. She makes me feel safe and she listens to me the girl that did the EKG was so nice. It was easy to make an appointment for my next visit.

The nurse who took my BP didn't listen to my concerns about taking it. First time ever I had a negative vibe from a nurse. Way too sure of herself and didn't successfully get my BP

I can only say enough GREAT things about Dr. Duca. Her dedication to her patients, bedside manner and kindness is exceptional. Always takes her time to answer all my questions and concerns. I wish I could complement the staff as well. I had questions for two of your staff I encountered. They were curt and impolite. That is especially a turn-off when you are greeting patients who enter your facility and their first encounter was so negative. They were just not friendly.

I was mortified in the waiting room for another patient. A nurse/assistant came out to talk to her about getting MiraLAX to clean her out quite openly. The patient was then asking questions. They had a lengthy discussion with details. She then left to consult with the doctor and came back talking about it openly again for all to here. The waiting room was quite packed. Finally she offered to bring her in the back. People were shaking their heads. Not very private.

Dr. Duca took care of my husband. As a result of her care and concern, I was very impressed with her as a doctor and person. When it came time to her my own Cardias care, she was my personal choice as my physician. She had been interview for that job without knowing! Excellent at what she does!
