Good afternoon. Well, my answer to all of this is that this doctor who treats me is a very efficient person, someone I trust completely. I've taken patients to him because he's treated me for so many years. They're the kind of people who are always attentive and talk to you. You feel completely at ease there, with total confidence, because they're very skilled at what they do: caring for the patient and dealing with their illness. That's all I have to say this afternoon. Dr. Capo is a marvelous physician. However, I wish that she had an office where you did not have to enter her office through a flight of steps. I wish she would come into the Hoboken office where the other specialists are located. She has steps and I think that she should be out of an office where there are steps. it should be ADA compliant. The BS of having to go through the Hackensack hospital in order get my appointment is for all practical is a waste of my time
