I am very excited but then melancholy that Dr. Watson is retiring. We have been together for many years and her care has always been wonderful and comfortable. I will miss seeing her but very excited for her in her retirement.

Dr Watson was communicative and she alsoListened. What I particularly liked is that after she examined me she provided a plan and next steps. She placed a recommendation for my next exam and I was able to go to the portal and schedule it. I know that I will have fo go through steps but at least I'm aware of the recommended plan to help with my health solutions.

Very pleased that in the exam room there were stickers on the mirror for Black Lives Matter, LBGTQ+ Safe Person and Human Rights Campsign. Obviously an individual who values diversity.

I had several personal challenges the morning of my appointment causing me to be 30 minutes late for my appointment. Dr. Watson said she could still see me if I was willing to wait approximately 45 minutes. I felt grateful for the offer and chose to complete her paperwork while waiting. Fortunately Dr. Watson was able to see me within 20 minutes.

This was my first visit with Dr. Watson. From the start she was very courteous when speaking to me. She provided a very detailed explanation of my condition and walked me through the next steps. She was very patient while I addressed my concerns and answered all questions I asked with the utmost care. Throughout the visit she was very patient with me, and I never felt like the visit was being rushed along.
