I have significant eye issues and see Dr Powell regularly. Next time is in two months. It wasn’t easy scheduling that, but receptionist talked to staff and got me in.

Dr. Powell seemed very knowledgeable and capable. She presented a lot of information in a short period of time. This was somewhat overwhelming. I think she would do better if she remembered to use language that non medical people can understand and to present this information more slowly.

She is always way late and nobody communicates what is going on. I was told I was the next patient and waited 45 minutes for nobody to enter the room and then I left.
