She is always way late and nobody communicates what is going on. I was told I was the next patient and waited 45 minutes for nobody to enter the room and then I left.

I always appreciate the opportunity to ask questions or clarification. She is willing to get my input on what the next steps should be. I never feel rushed or feel like I have asked a stupid question.

Dr. Powell is a great listener and very calm and direct about treatment plans. Very important to save the good eye but not rushing into cataract surgery until absolutely needed.
