Dr. Messmer, Is true porfessioanl. Listens, explains clearly in a laymen's terms so we can understand fully what we are facing. Dr. Messmer lays out a step by step plan, seeks any additional questions if needed. Certianly makes me feel I am in the BEST HANDS for my need.
