Laura was wonderful! She was very compassionate during my appointment. Laura took the time to explain every step of my upcoming procedure thoroughly, using clear, understandable language and answered all of my questions. Her calm approach made a huge difference in managing my anxiety related to this procedure.

Laura was very friendly and made me feel at ease. That’s important because dealing with a breast cancer diagnosis is scary. She explained my current situation thoroughly and provided details about upcoming appointments with the oncologist and a return visit to her office. She was a great listener to some of my concerns and answered my questions well. I appreciated her compassion throughout the visit.
