I am very happy to have Dr. Marcia Gonzalez as my primary care doctor. She is knowledgeable and caring, she has addressed all my concerns and taken steps to improve my health. Her staff is very helpful and courteous.

Dr. Gonzalez has been my physician for many years. She monitors my health conditions monthly and each visit reminds me how fortunate I am to have such a dedicated and compassionate doctor. Dr. Gonzalez makes you feel valued, respected, and truly heard. She takes the time to explain everything clearly, never rushes appointments, and always ensure that every question or concern is addressed with genuine care. What stands out most is Dr. Gonzalez's combination of deep medical expertise and a warm, approachable personality. It's rare to find someone who is both incredibly knowledgeable and so empathetic. I can't recommend Dr. Gonzalez highly enough as she's an exceptional physician who goes above and beyond for her patients every single time.

The problem isn't the doctor, it's the care before the doctor's appointment: long waits with no explanation. I waited an hour and a half before seeing the doctor.

Dr. González is a very good professional, she's very well-done, but unfortunately she belongs to a terrible institution. The entire treatment, the entire telephone system, everything about Hackensack is very bad, too bad.
