My primary contact with your medical staff on my first visit was Mark Lanuza, PAC, who is clearly a seasoned, committed professional of the highest ability and professional integrity. He seemed genuinely concerned with my well-being and empathetic, his explanations about my medical condition were detailed and insightful, he listened to my questions and amicably included my in a productive dialogue about the proposed future treatment, and was overflowing with helpful suggestions. I could not have been more impressed or more satisfied with my first visit as a patient.

The PA Marc Lanuzza was awesome, he really showed that he cared and thoroughly answered all of my questions! It would have been nice to have more time with him, but I do understand that his time is limited and he has other patients with appointments as well.
